Yes! Our pharmacies have confirmed that compunded semaglutide and tirzepatide can withstand temperatures of up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 3 days. Keep in mind, that three day period begins after your ice packs have melted, which can take a couple of days.

We appreciate your understanding!
We offer two types of GLP-1 medication, semaglutide and tirzepatide. Both semaglutide and tirzepatide are administered through a once-weekly subcutaneous injection using a tiny insulin syringe. For those who have a fear of needles, we also offer a once daily oral drops option of compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzepatide.
Our price covers everything: doctor visit, medication, syringes, and shipping āno hidden fees or extra costs. We do not have membership or subscription fees!
To Start, simply go to https://www.frontcare.com/ and click ‘Get Started’. We have an easy three-step process that will take you through a quick online eligibility form, then you select the product and submit payment and fill out the health screening form online. Our internal team reviews your information and submits you to our doctors. They will have a text consult with you and if approved, your prescription will be sent to one of our pharmacies for compounding. If you are located in Michigan, Louisiana or New Mexico, your information may be sent to another telehealth provider, and you will schedule a live video visit with a doctor. If for any reason you are not approved for the medication, we will immediately process a full refund. Our pharmacy ships out the medication after complete. Please note that they do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Our licensed providers will determine your eligibility for a compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide prescription. Our general requirements include:
– You must be 18 years old or older
– Have a BMI greater than 27
– Are not pregnant
– Do not have certain medical conditions (i.e. thyroid cancer or hyperthyroidism, gastroparesis, pancreatic cancer or pancreatitis, MEN2 syndrome, or inflammatory bowel disease).
This is not a complete list of qualifying requirements. As a part of our process, you will need to complete an online health screening with our telehealth providers to ultimately determine whether you are eligible to be prescribed compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide medications.
You will receive text and email reminders before your check-in, where you can share how youāre feeling on the medication and decide if you want to stay at your current dose or request an increase. The medical team will review your feedback, write a new prescription, and send it to the pharmacy. After that, the shipping process will be the same as before, and youāll receive tracking details via email once it ships.
Provided there are no delays, within 24-48 hours after completing your health screen, your provider will send you a message through the patient portal chat. Weāll alert you via text when you get new messages. This timeframe begins once you have successfully submitted all required information. To ensure the fastest possible response, please complete all sections of the health screen thoroughly, respond promptly if additional information is requested, and double-check that all submitted information is accurate. If you experience any issues or do not hear from the doctor within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer support team. If you are located in Michigan, Louisiana or New Mexico, your information may be sent to a different telehealth provider, and you will schedule a live video visit with a doctor.
FrontCare does not require bloodwork for prescribing our medications. Our healthcare providers make prescribing decisions based on the medical information you provide during the consultation, including your health history, current medications, and any relevant symptoms or conditions. However, while bloodwork is not required, our providers might recommend it in certain cases if they believe it would benefit your overall health management. Regular check-ups with your primary care physician, which may include bloodwork, are always encouraged as part of maintaining your general health. If you have recent bloodwork results that you think might be relevant, you are welcome to share them, but it is not a requirement for our service.
Semaglutide and tirzepatide belong to a class of medications known as glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists. It mimics the GLP-1 hormone that is released in the gastrointestinal tract in response to eating. One role of GLP-1 is to prompt the body to produce more insulin, which reduces blood glucose (sugar). GLP-1 in higher amounts also interacts with the parts of the brain that reduce appetite and signal a feeling of fullness.
Compounded GLP-1s canāt promise weight loss, and results with GLP-1s can vary widely from person to person. In a 68- and 72-week clinical trial studying Wegovy (2.4 mg) and Zepbound (15 mg) in patients without diabetes and with BMI ā„30, or BMI ā„27 with a weight-related condition, the average weight loss was 15% and 20%, when paired with diet and exercise changes (compared to 2.4% and 3.1%, respectively, with diet and exercise alone).
Weight loss effects with taking compounded GLP-1s are unique to each person. On average, these medications can lead to 15-20% weight loss over a year, translating to about 1-3 pounds a week for many. Factors like starting weight, diet, exercise, and metabolism all play a role, and results often come gradually. Combining GLP-1s with healthy eating and regular exercise can enhance your results.
