Joining FrontCare requires an application. The application process typically takes 3-5 business days, but is subject to take longer based on the volume of applications.
What do you look for when reviewing applications?
Typically accounts must have a minimum of 1000 followers to be able to activate an account and set up your shop, however all applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We look for evidence that you are sharing products, have a captivated audience and ideally are already working with brands.
Can I join if I am not in the United States?
Unfortunately, our physician networks and pharmacies that we partner with are only for domestic consults and distribution.
What If my application is denied?
If your application is denied, you will not be able to join FrontCare at this time, however you can apply again after 90 days.
What if my application is accepted?
You will receive an email letting you know you have been approved. The email will include an invitation code that you can use to set up your account. If you do not receive an invitation code, please reach out to us.
Affiliate links are a way for creators to monetize their product recommendations. When followers click the link and purchase, creators earn a commission.
Affiliate links include unique IDs and parameters that allow brands to track who drove a sale, the items purchased, and commissions earned.
When you turn a regular link into a FrontCare affiliate link, we add these unique IDs and parameters, so any sales driven can be traced back to your account. When someone makes a purchase through your affiliate link, the transaction is tracked and linked back to you. This way, the brand knows who drove the sale, and youāll receive commission on valid orders.
Affiliate earnings are typically determined on a ālast-clickā basis. Essentially, brands deem one partner or marketing channel as the āwinnerā of the transaction based on who drove the final click before checkout. Typically, when your FrontCare link āwinsā the sale on last-click, youāll receive commission for the order.
FrontCare takes a small percentage of earnings to help keep our platform running and to support our growth, so we can continue offering more opportunities and features for creators like you.
We do this by:
The time it takes for a purchase to appear in your account dependsĀ on when the patient completes their order.
We tend to see that most purchases will appear within three business days. In some cases, it can take up to seven days or more. This timeframe is determined by the patient, not by FrontCare.
Youāll earn commission on the full-cart value for a transaction, no matter if the user purchased the item you promoted. For example,Ā if you promote GLP-1s which retails for $297, but a user clicks your link and purchases $500 with of items, you”ll earn commission on their full order.
You may notice commission earnings appearing, then disappearing, dueĀ to the physician network reversing an order.
The physician network or retailer mayĀ may reverse orders at their discretion. This can happen for a number of reasons, which can include:

Our platform seamlessly integrates with retailer and brand affiliate programs, so when you add a product into your account, we automatically convert it into a FrontCare affiliate link.

Payout Schedule
Payouts occur bi-weekly on Friday. You can track your payment history under the āMy Earningsā tab in the Payments section.
FrontCare initiates creator payouts after receiving commission payments from retailers. This process generally includes a waiting period of 30 to 120 days post-purchase, a standard timeframe in affiliate networks to account for potential order adjustments or returns. Once payment is received from the retailer, your commissions move from Pending to Locked Earnings, making them eligible for weekly payouts every Friday. Please note that a minimum of $11 in confirmed earnings is required to initiate a payout.
Linking PayPal or Stripe
Please note that it may take up to 7 days for your purchase to appear in your account. This timeline is not controlled by FrontCare, but is instead dependent on the retailer or merchant, which is why the timing can vary. In some cases, the process may take up to a couple of weeks.
Affiliate tracking can sometimes be a āleaky bucketāāwe know there are purchases that creators are driving, but not all of them are correctly attributed. This is an industry-wide challenge that every network and platform faces. This can happen for many reasons, such as:
Yes! As long as the purchase is made through your affiliate link, and yours is the last link the shopper clicks before completing their checkout, youāll earn a commission. In fact, youāll receive commission on the entire purchase, not just the specific item that was initially clicked, commonly known as full cart commission.
This is the period during which an affiliate is eligible to earn a commission after a user clicks their affiliate link. This can range from when a single browser session ends to up to 90 days.

Find your unique referral link by clicking āRefer and Earnā in the FrontCare navigation menu (top right when logged in). Share your link with fellow creators, and track all your referral activity in the Earnings tab.
